Each participant will walk away from this intensive one-hour workshop with a personal step-by-step action plan for QuickBooks® setup.

We will cover the nuts and bolts of QuickBooks® setup, guide you through the setup process and show you how to avoid the top five QuickBooks® errors. We will cover:

• starting your new file,
• calculating account opening balances,
• designing a chart of accounts,
• setting up billing,
• and developing a monthly task list.

  
  

Advanced QuickBooks® Training Workshop

In this workshop, we will cover advanced QuickBooks® topics.  We designed this workshop for experienced QuickBooks® users.  The focus of the workshop is tricks and shortcuts to improve efficiency.  We will cover:

• shortcuts for entering credit card transactions,
• using “Classes” correctly, and reconciling Classes,
• reviewing your monthly financial statements and correcting common problems,
• problem solving during the bank reconciliation process,
• reconciling and adjusting accounts receivables and issuing customer statements, and
• budget vs. actual reporting.
