Develop your company-wide performance management plan!
During this two-hour workshop, we will guide participants through hands-on exercises to meet the following workshop goals:

• Develop a personal action plan for initiating your company’s performance evaluations.
• Enhance communication of your company’s mission, vision, and goals and translate them down into measurable team and individual goals.
• Gain an understanding of key “dos and donts” in performance management in order to comply with the laws, and motivate your staff.
• Learn how to monitor and enhance company-wide performance management through targeted macro (not micro) management.

Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and make key decisions for your company’s direction.
