QuickBooks

We designed our QuickBooks setup work to be a long-term solution for your business.  Our focus is not merely on your QuickBooks file, but rather on developing your financial system as a whole.  We look for creative solutions to give you the data you need to make important business decisions, in a format that makes sense to you.  We formalize your process, with complete documentation, structure and training.  And, we improve both accuracy and efficiency.

Our QuickBooks work usually involves the following steps:
Step 1:  Assessment
Step 2:  Chart of Accounts design or redesign
Step 3:  Development of MS Excel solutions, for example:
              Time cards
              Asset tracking
              Sales analysis
              Monthly task lists
              Budget vs. Actual reports
Step 4:  Policy and procedure documentation
Step 5:  QuickBooks setup, and bookkeeping training
Step 6:  Financial Statement preparation and
              presentation
Step 7:  Budgeting
Step 8:  Continued support on an as-needed basis

As with all our work, we will come to your office to work on your bookkeeping system.  We will work with you, and your current bookkeeping staff, or bring in our bookkeepers to staff your team.
